Summer is here and it’s time for easy and fast meals without a lot of fuss. In this class you will learn how to take advantage of summer’s bounty and put together fresh, bold sauces with a just a blender. Meg will demonstrate how to make your own herb-y green sauces, smoky red sauces, and sweet cream sauces and what goes best with each (i.e. everything!!) and of course you will get to taste them too.
BONUS: Class attendees will get a 5% discount at Bear Foods Market on all purchases made after the class on the evening of Saturday the 29th, so you can load up on sauce making supplies.
